490. William Kennedy FORREST4 was born on 14 January 1694 in Prince George County, Maryland, BCA. He died before 1778 at the age of 84 in Maryland, BCA. He was a Carpenter. William Forrest, styled Carpenter, negotiated a bond in th e amount of 100 pounds with Charles Williams Jr. on a condi tion that he convey to the said Williams 200 acres of lan d being a portion of 'Three Beall's Manor' before June 25 , 1738. He signed the instrument with a large W in the pres ence of James and Sarah Beck.
William Forrest who maintained a life interest in his wife' s portion of 'Darnall's Grove' remitted quit rents on the t ract through 1771, being his only land holding. He probabl y died before 1778, as he was not among the male inhabitant s of Prince Georges County who subscribed to the Oath of Fi delity. At his death the plantation became vested, accordi ng to the will of Samuel Duvall, in the daughter Lucy Forre st who married her cousin William Butt. Lucy DUVALL and William Kennedy FORREST were married on 1 July 1735.

491. Lucy DUVALL4 was born in 1707 in Queen Anne's Parish, Prince George County, Maryland, USA. She died in 1742 at the age of 35 in Prince George County, Maryland, BCA. Lucy Duvall, daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Ijams) Duval l, was born in Queen Annes Parish, Prince Georges County. O n July 1, 1735, according to the parish register, she marri ed William Forrest, a man of little estate. By the will o f her father in 1742 she was devised 100 acres of 'Darnall' s Grove', with reversion to her daughter Lucy, then to Eliz abeth.
