Land claim in 29 Nov 1805 is certified 20 Jan 1806 (American State Papers Testimony taken on 9 Aug 1806 from Edy Musick says that Nathan prepared for putting up a cabin 1801 and completed it in 1804. Inhabiting it from then untile 9 Aug 1806. The claim was denied 1 Nov 1809
